What is Scudderoo?
Scudderoo represents Scudder’s connection to young voters. It started with a great concert, and its spirit continues to rock on with multiple ways to connect young voters with the great man and gubernatorial candidate Scudder Parker, The Scud!
Our goals are to get you:
- registered to vote right here in Vermont
- interested and active in the election process
- the information you need to choose the next Governor of Vermont, Scudder Parker!
Scudderoo, the music fest, took place on October 5th at Higher Ground. Over 150 young Scudder supporters gathered at Higher Ground in Burlington to prove that they were "Down with the Scud" by “getting” down to the sounds of DJ LLU, FATHEADS, and THE SOULVATION ARMY. Volunteer notaries registered 15 young voters and handed out hundreds of pieces of Scudder information to pass out to friends, family and fellow students. The crowd cheered loudly when Scudder himself took the stage and told the crowd that if they wanted change, they were going to have to make it. He then grabbed a cowbell and proved that he too could get down as he joined THE SOULVATION ARMY in a jam session.
